Diversity in the workplace
Our first episode, recorded for National Inclusion Week at The Conduit in Covent Garden, was about diversity and inclusion in the workplace from a prison leaver perspective. In it, we hear from three brilliant organisations who have all found opportunities to shift the way they think about recruitment.
The panel included: Zara Easton – Head of Brand Marketing at LinkedIn, Annie Gale Head of RAW Talent and Apprenticeships at COOK Trading Ltd & Shauna Devlin Diversity and Inclusion Lead at Fat Beehive.

ZARA EASTON
Head of Brand Marketing UK, LinkedIn
Zara Easton is Head of Brand Marketing at LinkedIn, specialising in brand strategy, advertising and creative direction. With over a decade of experience, she has worked with brands including Virgin and Grazia.
She recently collaborated with social enterprise Inside Out on a pioneering rehabilitation initiative, launching the UK's first clothing brand created, designed and hand-produced by young prison leavers, with a pop-up store at Westfield Stratford.
ANNIE GALE
Head of Raw Talent & Apprenticeships, COOK Trading Ltd
Annie Gale oversees the RAW (Ready and Working) Talent Programme at COOK, supporting people from underrepresented groups into meaningful, sustainable employment. She is deeply committed to creating an inclusive working environment where colleagues – known as RAW Talents – can grow in confidence and thrive at COOK.
Alongside her role, Annie chairs the Employment Advisory Board for HMP East Sutton Park and believes strongly in people's potential, whatever their past, to do a fantastic job.
SHAUNA DEVLIN
Diversity & Inclusion Lead, Fat Beehive
Shauna Devlin is Diversity and Inclusion Lead at digital agency Fat Beehive, with a background in law and technology and a long-standing commitment to inclusion.
Her work with the prison-based coding initiative Code4000 has helped promote diversity in the tech sector. Shauna is a strong advocate for equality, inclusion and social mobility, particularly for underrepresented groups.
